PROCESSING METHODS

The data will be processed manually and by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected: to enable you to receive commercial, informational, promotional, and/or advertising material and credentials. Specific security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. The processing related to the web services of this site is handled only by personnel authorized to process the data, or by any external data processors who may occasionally perform maintenance operations.

RETENTION PERIOD

For data processed for the purposes in letter a), please refer to the specific information provided.

For data processed for the purposes in letter b), the retention period is a maximum of 7 days, unless the data may be used to ascertain liability in the case of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site.

For data processed for the purposes in letter c), the data is stored for the time necessary to fulfill the request and then deleted.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

No personal data is required from the user for consulting the site. The voluntary, explicit, and optional sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.
